After receiving a full consultation, your hair will be luxuriously washed and conditioned with a relaxing head massage. Your hair will be cut, approximately 60% of the hair is cut with clippers, 40% with scissors and styled as requested.

KERATIN SMOOTHING TREATMENT ADAMANTIUM
A long lasting treatment that can last in the hair up to 3 months. Keratin smooths the hair reducing frizz and blow wave time. Making the hair softer, more manageable, silky and easier to style. A keratin service takes approximately 1.5hrs. Extra product maybe needed for longer/ thicker hair. After this service you will need to use the recommended sulphate free shampoo and conditioner to maintain results for the maximum time.

After a consultation including maintenance tips, and explaining the process you can book in for a permeant straighten. This service is only suitable on some hair types so a consultation prior is a must. Your stylist will also give you an exact quote and time frame in consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a client of Bliss, it is important to us that you to get the premium times and dates you request. This is why we reserve your future appointments especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment, without sufficient notice (excluding unforeseen circumstances such as illness), the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services, and we miss the opportunity to fill that time. With consideration for both our clients and our stylists, a minimum of 12 working hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 12 working hours (48 hours during December) notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
REMINDERS
At least one day before your appointment, you will receive a reminder of the time and date you have booked in with Bliss. You have various options to choose from as to how you would like your reminders: text message, email, or a phone call. We can send them to you anytime, from one month, to one day before your appointment. When you book your appointments, please advise which option you would like to use, and how far in advance you would like the reminders to be sent.
CLIENT 50% DISCOUNT
We stand by our policy, and we feel it is only fair to honour the same to our clients. If, for any reason, the salon has to cancel on a client less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment (excluding unforeseen circumstances), we will honour 50% OFF your next service. Unforeseen circumstances are events such as: sickness, power or water outages, earthquakes etc. In cases such as these, we will happily reschedule your appointment at a time that suits you best.
