As a client of Bliss, it is important to us that you to get the premium times and dates you request. This is why we reserve your future appointments especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment, without sufficient notice (excluding unforeseen circumstances such as illness), the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services, and we miss the opportunity to fill that time. With consideration for both our clients and our stylists, a minimum of 12 working hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 12 working hours (48 hours during December) notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
At least one day before your appointment, you will receive a reminder of the time and date you have booked in with Bliss. You have various options to choose from as to how you would like your reminders: text message, email, or a phone call. We can send them to you anytime, from one month, to one day before your appointment. When you book your appointments, please advise which option you would like to use, and how far in advance you would like the reminders to be sent.
CLIENT 50% DISCOUNT
We stand by our policy, and we feel it is only fair to honour the same to our clients. If, for any reason, the salon has to cancel on a client less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment (excluding unforeseen circumstances), we will honour 50% OFF your next service. Unforeseen circumstances are events such as: sickness, power or water outages, earthquakes etc. In cases such as these, we will happily reschedule your appointment at a time that suits you best.
